While you transfer music from cell phone to computer, you can share either single file one by one or multiple files at one go.
Using USB cable     Â
First, attach one end of the USB cable to the cell phone and the other end to the computer. Once connected, an auto-play window pops up after identifying the cell phone through USB. Select ‘Show file’ option to explore the music files stored in the cell phone. Now, select all of them or the particular file/s, copy and paste on the chosen location of your hard drive. After you transfer music from the cell phone to the computer successfully, select the USB icon in the right side of the computer, point to it, ‘safe to remove hardware’ option will appear; click on it and remove the cell phone or the USB cable.

I really needed this information, actually last week I was trying to transfer some music files from my mobile phone to my laptop using Bluetooth but I could not do it because the visible option in my mobile was off.
